Our teaching of science stimulates and excites children’s curiosity about the world around them. This will enable them to work scientifically through; purposeful observations, pattern seeking, classifying, grouping, controlled investigations and research. Children have a good understanding of nature, processes and methods of science through the use of these different scientific enquiries. Teachers promote the use of age appropriate scientific vocabulary and the articulation of scientific concepts clearly and precisely.
