My two eldest children have passed through Meath Green Infants in recent years, and my youngest starts in September 2024. I have never been anything but impressed with the school and the dedication of the whole staff team in making our children's first steps in education so positive. I joined as a governor hoping to play a small part in the life of the school, so that today's pupils and those to come get the same experience as my family have had in recent years.  My day-to-day life could not be more different to my role as a governor - I lead regulatory remediation and large-scale change for NatWest Markets, the investment banking arm of the NatWest Group.
Mr Neil Agate

My youngest son is currently in Year 2.  However, my involvement with the school started in 2018 when my eldest son joined. Sandwiched between them, my daughter, who is now in Year 4, also went to Meath Green Infants. I have been a governor since 2018 as I was keen to get involved in the school community and make a positive difference. Since joining, I've gained a better understanding of how the school operates, the challenges it faces and offered support to overcome them. I look forward to helping support the school’s growth and improvement with the Meath Green Infant team.

Mr Adam Bayliss

Both my son and daughter have attended Meath Green Infant School where they were provided with the very best start to their education. I've found the school to provide a very supportive and enriching learning experience through dedicated leadership, teaching and support staff. I'm interested in learning more about how the school is run, together with the challenges that it encounters. My work involves the placement of large complex insurance programmes requiring the identification and mitigation of risk and exposure through effective risk management practice. Through my role as governor, I hope to offer a positive contribution towards the ongoing development of the school.

Mrs Kate Evans

I have been a teacher for over 30 years and have taught in London, Surrey and Sussex. I was Head of the Lower School in three different settings.  I have an RSC diploma in Special Educational Needs, teaching both dyslexic children and adults.  I am delighted to belong to the team of governors and be part of a school setting.

Mr Chris Schultze

My involvement with the school goes back to the early 1990's when I was a student myself. 30 years later my children started on their educational journey the same way I did. I felt that joining the board of governors would allow me to support the school in continuing to deliver excellent educational experiences for the parents, students and staff. I'm a keen outdoor enthusiast and a qualified water activities coach. I am actively involved in Scouting both locally and at a County level as well as helping coach a local under 7's Rugby Team. I look forward to working with everybody to have a positive impact on the school.

Mrs Jyoti Makolski

I am a credit risk specialist at Deloitte, leading the technical review and challenge for banking audits. I have 20 years of experience in credit risk and model governance, primarily at NatWest Bank. I bring my experience in providing critical review and challenge to help the ongoing success of the school. I'm a mum of a lovely young girl and I'm passionate about helping to improve children's education.

Mr Nick Duff

I was inspired to become involved in school governance as I have a passion for strategic education management. I am a music teacher with 28 years of experience across the secondary and sixth-form sectors in London and Surrey, and working with primary schools in music festivals. My education background gives me an insight into education beyond the classroom and I undertake this role to understand how the school operates, to continue to support its growth strategically, and ensure all stakeholders inspire, challenge, and achieve. I believe passionately that children must be at the centre of our practice, given a voice and encouraged to participate in all areas of their lives, education, and their community.
